Pet Policy

 

At 14 Fifty-One we know you love your pets- and we do too!

 

You’ll find a dog park and pet stations located around the property for your convenience, plus Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

 

We welcome your dogs and cats weighing 35 lbs and under (when full grown) or two pets weighing 35 lbs. total*.  Because we understand that accidents sometimes happen, we do require a non-refundable $275 pet fee and $125 refundable deposit.  We do not charge pet rent. Please ask us about aggressive breed restrictions.
